Another Call!

Well I got another call from the bishop. Girls Camp is June 16th-18th. Bishop says that he never released me from last year and it is a calling, you just do it untill your released. At least this year it is Stake camp.

Jr. Miss is over. Beatrice didn't place but many people told her that she should have won talent. She sang "think of me" from phantom. She has a beautifull voice and nailed it. She looked beautifull but a 3.4 just wasn't a gook enough gpa. Brads last ball game is wednesday. Leslie will be done with dance on may 10th. Justin got a specialty part for his Rising Star concert that i can't be to. when i found out i just started crying. Bailey just gave me a big hug and said it was really o.k. Reece's knee may not need surgery. The MRI couldn't show us anything conclusive. We took him to a friend in the ward that does Chiropractic in his home. He adjusted his neck for him and we got talking about his knee. They said that his dad had done some work on some knees that the bones just were out of alignment. The dad just happened to stop by while we were there and messed with it a little. Reece said it felt good this week. So he is going in this week to see what they can do.

Tomorro night we are building benches with planters in them for Brad's Eagle. Depending on when he gets his interview and when the next court of honor is we will have an Eagle Scout! For completing it his dad is taking him fishing in Alaska!

TIME FLIES!

Lynette is back in Rexburg. She is going to come home every other weekend to work. She will get to see us and will work at the nursing home doing nails. She saved all the money she needed for rent and car pmt so she won't have to work while she's at school. Bailey is doing chemo again and is sick this week. He thinks he will end up in the hospital today. Says he can tell his blood count is low. He is missing Nette pretty bad! Baseball is winding down. This weekend is the
tony hansen tournament here in preston then we go into district. I don't think they will pull Brad up. He has a date to Unity (prom) again this year. The first girl he asked turned him down, but the one he is taking has been a friend of his for a long time. It's May11th. This week is Jr. Miss. We have rehersals on wed, thurs, friday with the interview, tea and pagent Saturday. But on a good note...GNO in 4 weeks!!!!!! Only 3 more mondays of school for me!

UPDATE!

Bailey had surgery to remove the tumor from his arm on Feb. 4. The doctor called about 3 days later and said all the cancer cells they removed were dead! That means he doesn't have to have radiation and he will just go through one more round of chemo!
Lynette is working hard when not spending time with Bailey!
Brad is ready for baseball!
Leslie has 4 dance compititions between March and May 10!
Justin is loving scouts and rising stars! His spring concert is May 17th and i don't know what to do? 3 nights with my sisses or 2 hours for my son!?

February Already?

I got another calling! I am the Relief Society Food Specialist! I am doing a valentine demo this thursday if you have any ideas or special things that you do for your family you could share? Actually all the holidays would be good! Just getting into dance compititions now it will get busier. Justin is taking piano from Katie! Brad is playing church ball and gearing up for basball (tryouts are in like 3 weeks). Nettie is working and likes being home. Her friend Bailey went in for surgery this morn to try and get the rest of the cancer out of his arm. Lots of snow and Reece has to drive in it...ugh! We are thinking somewhere warm sounds good about now. Last year i was packed and ready to go cruisin!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Welcome to 2008! Wow how time flies! I thought I would post some pics of Christmas.

Brad thinks he's stylin in his new Jammies! Reece was just happy to be there and not in the truck. Leslie being shy to the camera.

These are some of our friends from the condo.

Lots of time to "chill", talk (teaching moments), and beautiful scenery! We saw moose, big fish and a lot of the cats! Thanks for all your love and support! Love the Phillips'
