if you can't tell he is the one in the brown and purple. he didn't shake it as good as he did in dress rehersal but the camera didn't have battery. it totally cracked me up! he did great on his solo part also!

happenings

Justin got his bear? i think that was it! the kitty is big now! Reece bought a tractor >{ and Brad got his call!

okay so brad's papers have been submitted and we thought we might get to open the call at thanksgiving dinner but i guess we should recieve it the next week. the pres said by dec. 3rd if they don't get any red flags. brad had some work done on his shoulder that they could want us to take care of first. i hope not! this missionary stuff is lots more complicated and envolved than most people let on. it has taken lots of time and money to get these kids ready! the teeth alone have been almost 2,000. each kid. then the extra clothing and more or less 400 rent each kid each month. i am not complaining at all! it has been so fun and so emotional and i know that is where they need to be and what they need to be doing. they are growing so much and so fast! we are so fortunate to belong to this church and to help our brothers and sisters try to find the things that they so dearly need! So many of the problems of this world could be solved if people would realize we are all brothers and sisters and we are all in this together. i have a wonderful family and i am so thankfull for the support and prayers that are offered on our behalf! I love you all so much! Love nan

updates

I have started a new blog just for the missionary's in my life. It has many pictures and letters from lynette and bailey (if he actually will send me some!) and soon to be brad. Loves you all!

Model Search

It's official! Leslie is a model! We attended a model search in Logan and she won Personality to recieve 200$ clothing allowance for state competition and a $500 Photo shoot. She was also the Supremem Winner! for that she recieved 250 clothing and a $1000 Photo Portfolio! State finals are in Salt Lake in June so we have a while!

wow! we have been in the new house 6 months! I can't believe it's conferance time again and fall and school! Brad has started the process of mission papers. Dr, Dentist and wisdom teeth! Leslie is a freshman. She starts drivers ed this month:()
Justin is in the 4th grade and loves his teacher! Lynette is now in Brookly! She is loving it! She loves the work and the people! Reece and I are still doing the same thing as ever. Bus and trucking. Life is good!

Had a lot of fun! And Love and will miss alot of people! Glad the practices are over! Nunsense in next, can't decide. With school starting i'm afrain it will just be to much. Not ready for school. Leslie gets her cast off wednesday. Rodeo weekend this weekend. Parade and carnival thursday, friday and saturday. Brad is trying to find a job, getting ordaind an elder soon, putting in his papers in october, working on having a girlfriend! Justin is always just here. I can't wait till soccer starts so he will be outside doing something. He has an appt with the orthodontist in august and i need to get him to a pediotrist. he has flat feet and complains often that his feet, legs or back hurt.

I have been so busy trying to finish the basement and doing practices for "Into the Woods" that i havn't updated anything! Opening Night went pretty well. I did one set change to early and had to stand there on stage for about a minute before i could move it, i felt real stupid. Other than that I felt good about it. I love the people I have met in the cast! Besides doing it with my daughter and sister! I have met a cute kid from Chicago, another cutie from Cali/New York and others from Utah I think. They all are going to school at Utah State! THis is the first time I have ever done anything like this and I am having alot of fun. My boys have been kinda left out staying home every night while we have rehersals. I can't believe that school will be starting in a month. We really havn't done anything this year cause of Leslie's arm. No lake or swimming. We are hoping to get away for a few days. don't know where yet but probably the second week of August. CAn't wait!

If you didn't hear already... Reece recieved a new calling! He is now a Stake Councilor. Had to shave his face! The first time in 20 plus years!

Leslie's arm is doing good. We go in again tommorrow to see if anything needs to change. Nette is doing o.k. despite being kicked out at the curb. I am waiting for a real letter and not just a note. Anyone wanting to write her address is: Sister Lynette Phillips

I can't believe he is graduating in one week! For those coming to grad there is a dinner before at 6:oo if you can make it! For Nette's the dinner is after! Hopefully my basement will be done for anyone wanting to stay!

Boxes!

Everywhere i see boxes! I don't even know where to start! Nette is slowly coming to terms on the new call. I think New York will be amazing! I can't wait to go pick her up! Brad is Golfing this year, If th snow ever melts! Reece had to load in Montana on Sunday and said it was the worst storm he has been in all year! Leslie is gettin ready for dance review on April 28th i think? Justin is gearing up for baseball. And I am just ready to be done with the move, dance, school.... everything! I think I need a vacation!

As far as a farewell for nette... I don't know any details yet. i think her records are in the singles ward so i don't know if she leaves from there or our new ward.

WHAT NOW!!!

Okay, so after a nice weekend with my favorite women I came home and got asked to speak in sacrament meeting on the 29th. It will be our family good bye and our ward farewell to lynette. the bishop says that we will be in our new ward for 2 months before she leaves so she won't have a farewell there. So i guess if ya want to we speak at 9:30 on the 29th of March. But beware... we will be in the middle of moving so almost everything i own will be in boxes!

So then Sunday night I got sick. My head felt like it would explode. I didn't go to work monday and was downstairs when i heard immense pain coming from the other room. I jumped up and ran to lynette's door to find out the problem! "They issued me a new call!" she sobs! It seems for some reason, not known to any of us they would now like her to go to New York, New York. Drama all over again! can it get any worse?

I am homeless! We sold our house. We will probably get the one in Riverdale, its just that Reece has to be nervous about something and work is slow right now so he is freaking out! We have to be out by April 5th. So spring break will consist of moving;{

Well it looks like Nette won't have to wait 2 years to see Bailey afterall! There is a chance she could see him on her mission. We all want to wish her well!
